ASKING INTENTIONAL QUESTIONS

  • Pick a question that touches on a ideal client pain point.
  • Ask a question that would help you qualify them for one of your offers.
  • Ask a question that will help you make a deeper connection to use in your follow up.
  • Ask a question that allows them to get to know you on a deeper level.
  • Ask a question that will draw out their passion or purpose.
  • Make sure people feel SEEN and APPRECIATED.

METHODS FOR EASY AND QUICK RESPONSES

  • Cue the word or phrase they would respond with. (IE: Respond in the chat with “Every day” or “never”.)
  • Put your statement directly in the chat and have them react with a thumbs up or down emoji.
  • Ask for engagement that elicits a one-two word response, but not yes/no questions.
  • Send a quick form at the end of the live to collect feedback / for Q&A / or for connecting.

CHECKING FOR UNDERSTANDING

  • Feel out comprehension by having people respond on a scale from 1-5.
  • Put a “multiple choice” style question on the screen using images or fun graphics and have them select A or B.
  • Make a statement or an opinion and have them respond with true or false.
  • Create a poll in the chat.
  • Ask them to choose and send an emoji that represents how they feel / their confidence level.
